Actually anyone who at least is working out and eats correct can do a clenbuterol cycle in order to speed up metabolism and burn some fat.
Before trying Clenbuterol for fat loss (or any other fat burner) make sure that you did your best in terms of:
– clean nutrition;
– enough cardio (at least 3 days per week with 80% intensity and 30 mins all other days, walking, swimming, biking);

1. take in the morning full dosage and if you feel good than it is easier for you
2. If you experience sides from taking full dosage try to split it into two one in the morning and second a few hours later.

Having completed a cycle of Clen/orally. I started on 4 week cycle that included 4 days on 2 days off. I didn’t need to wean myself off of the drug either.
I started with a very low dosage to become familiar with the drug and to allow my body to become use to it. I kept track of my experiences and amount that I was using. I left at 140mcg per day, about mid afternoon.

Looking to do a clen/t3 cycle for some fat loss. I’m sitting around 175, I’m in the gym 7 days a week my meals are every 3hrs w/ 3 low carb days 60 or less w/cardio 35min after training & then back at night for another 35min and when I do consume start carbs it’s after weight lifting about a serving of oatmeal w/ 3 packets of Splenda & 60gram of protein. My high carb day is the 4 day after low carb but I only consume after my weight training & for about 8 hrs after all the way till bedtime. Consuming 600-800 carbs then the next day back to low days. the question is how should I run both products?
